Use clubs. Playful inspired objects nearby. And lot traits. I did a club with my NSB for mischief. It worked really well! Fastest way for me was to just keep using the Mischief social interactions with other sims. Being mischievous to other sims and ‘troll teh forms’ on the computer. Mischief interactions and a playful mood- if you have Level 9: 'Tend Garden' interaction unlocked. This is probably one of the most convenient interaction in taking care of the plants. The Sim will weed, spray for bugs, and water all nearby plants. Level 10: Not much difference. Just that Sims can now buy Rare Seed Packs, which I will also update the available plants later on.
